NAACP IMAGE AWARDS: Angela Bassett "Did the Thing"

29th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards - Arrivals

Angela Bassett “did the thing” at the 54th Annual NAACP Image Awards on Saturday night.

The Holllywood icon took home top honors including Entertainer of the YearOutstanding Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series for 9-1-1 on FOX.

The night’s other big winners included Beyoncé, who won Outstanding AlbumOutstanding Soul/R&B Song and Outstanding Female Artist

Chris Brown, Quinta Brunson, Ryan Coogler and Angela Davis each took home two awards a piece.
