JAY-Z is interested in purchasing Tottenham Hotspur from British billionaire Joe Lewis!

Lewis's family currently owns the team, but now Lewis has been indicted on 16 counts of securities fraud.

Lewis, pled not guilty, but has also been charged with three counts of insider trading by the SEC. Both of the charges carry prison time if Lewis is convicted, which means that Lewis would have to give up his interest in the North London team.

It’s unclear, what the purchase price of Tottenham Hotspur will be, or if other investors will team up with JAY-Z.

JAY-Z’s Roc Nation Sports and The Serie A Futbol league have made a partnership deal!

Roc Nation Sports agreed to a “strategic partnership” with Italy’s premier league, as they will join forces to raise the league’s profile in the U.S. through “digital content, marketing activations and events.”

“We are super excited to help Serie A expand its brand throughout America while helping to develop meaningful commercial partnerships along with enhanced brand visibility that will lead to continued growth for one of the world’s premier football leagues,” said Michael Yormark Roc Nation Sports President.

Roc Nation and Serie A entered into business together back in 2019, but now the partnership is coming to the U.S.

JAY-Z won $6.8 million in Parlux royalties earlier this year.

The verdict was rendered by a five-judge panel in New York. Not only was Jay not responsible for the $67 million in damages against Parlux, but the company in turn had to pay Jay.

“There were multiple rational bases for upholding the jury verdict, and plaintiffs have not set forth a sufficient basis . . . to overturn it,” ruled the panel.

Jay was awarded $6.8 million in unpaid royalties.

Earlier this year, the legal dispute over D'USSÉ, JAY-Z and Bacardi came to an amicable end.

The company purchased the majority of Jay's stake in the cognac brand, and has retained 75 percent of the interest, while JAY-Z will keep "a significant ownership stake" in the brand.

"Growing D'USSÉ over the past decade from an idea to one of the fastest-selling spirits in history has been a blessing," JAY-Z said in a statement. "The next phase of this journey will further cement D'USSÉ's legacy as one of the world's most respected brands. I am excited to renew this partnership with Bacardi."

Jay's team believed D'USSÉ was worth at least $3 billion while Bacardi thought it was only worth $460 million, as the final number of the sale has not been released. Bloomberg Law, however estimates it could be worth $750 million.
