Mariah Carey Joins Latto on Stage to Perform the "Big Energy" Remix at the 2022 BET Awards
Latto served up “Big Energy” at the BET Awards on Sunday (June 26). Not only did she win her first-ever award for Best New Artist, but she also lit up the stage.
She showed off her curves in a black body suit with pearl and gold embellishments. Latto performed “It’s Givin’” and “Big Energy” off of her “777” album.
During the performance, she surprised the audience with special guests, Old Dirty Bastard’s son, Little Dirty Bastard, and Mariah Carey.
After the performance, Latto gave Carey a white bouquet, symbolizing “giving her her flowers” and honoring the icon.
