R. Kelly Breaks Social Media Silence With a Surprise Video To His Daughter

R. Kelly has posted on Instagram for the first time since Jan. 1!

Following his arrest for alleged sexual abuse and for not paying child support, he wished his baby girl a "Happy 21st Birthday!"

In the Instagram video above Kelly sang "Happy Birthday baby, Daddy loves you. I love you, no matter what, I love you so much," and then blew a kiss to his daughter!

I have no clue what their relationship is outside of social media, but publicly, it doesn't seem like they do get along. (Check the blog below to see what his daughter previously said about him after he was arrested.)
